Your receipt lives in this browser tab. You choose when to save a copy.

Everything happens on your device

Receipt editing, logo processing and exports happen in the browser. The website host supplies the application files. Loading the site sends normal web requests to that host, but receipt contents and uploaded logos are processed on your device and are not sent to the host. There are no analytics, tracking cookies, remote fonts or third-party product requests.

Saving is your decision

Drafts stay in memory and are not saved automatically to browser storage. Save draft downloads an editable file that includes your receipt details and logo. Open draft reads a file you explicitly select. PNG and PDF downloads contain your finished receipt.

Before you leave

Save a draft or download your receipt before closing or reloading. Your browser may warn you about unsaved changes; that warning cannot protect against a browser crash. Downloaded files are saved wherever your browser normally saves downloads.

Illustrative examples

Original templates use fictional businesses. Brand samples identify real retailers and use illustrative store details and purchases. Uploaded reference receipts are not included in the website. ReceiptLab is independent of the retailers shown.
