An itemized receipt for your shop
Start with a readable product list, optional product codes and a short shop note. Every line shows what was sold and how many; the summary separates the subtotal, adjustments and payment.
Add your shop details
Replace the sample business name and address in Business & logo. Add your own logo if useful. Enter the sale date and your own reference in Receipt details.
Enter each product
In Items, use a separate row for each product and enter its quantity and unit price. Product codes are optional. For two notebooks at $12.00 each, enter quantity 2 and unit price 12.00; the line amount is $24.00.
Check the total and shop note
Set the adjustments for the actual sale, record Card or Cash, and replace the sample exchange policy with your own text. Review the entire receipt before downloading the watermarked PNG or PDF.
The example, checked line by line
The fictional FORM & FIELD sale contains two notebooks, a bookmark and a tote. The products add up to $48.50; illustrative tax of $4.00 makes the total $52.50. The preview, editable example and downloads use the same transaction.

What to check before you use it
Product codes are text labels, not an inventory connection. Tax uses one rate for the whole discounted subtotal, so this editor does not calculate a mix of taxable and exempt lines. The sample exchange policy is editable copy, not advice for your shop.
Can I show a cash payment?
Yes. Choose Cash in Payment and enter Cash received. For this $52.50 example, $60.00 received produces $7.50 change. If less is received, the receipt shows a balance due instead of treating the sale as fully paid.
