Record accommodation charges in a guest-folio layout with room, booking and night-count details above the itemized charges. The transaction date is separate from the stay information you enter.

Describe the stay
Enter your property details and the transaction reference. Open Two-column information to replace the sample room, booking and night-count values shown under Stay details on the receipt. Add other context in an editable text or two-column section if needed.
Enter the charges
For a nightly rate, put the number of charged nights in Quantity and the rate in Unit price. List breakfast or other charges separately. The night-count note does not calculate or update quantities for you.
Review the settlement
Set the adjustments that apply, choose the payment method, and check the amount recorded as paid. Download A4 for the folio layout, or preview a narrower paper size in Appearance.

The example, checked line by line

The fictional stay lists two room nights at $145.00 and two breakfasts at $16.00. The subtotal is $322.00. One illustrative 8.25% tax adds $26.57, producing a $348.57 total.

What to check before you use it

Night counts and booking details are entered manually. The editor does not infer nights from dates, connect to a booking system, track deposits or combine multiple lodging taxes. A single example tax rate is not a statement of the rate or rules that apply to your property.

Does this replace a receipt from another hotel?

This template is for recording transactions for your own property. If you need a copy of a receipt for a stay elsewhere, request it from that property. The template does not retrieve or verify bookings or payments.
